Lead Systems for Home Service Businesses
I build simple lead systems for home service businesses that answer common customer questions, capture new inquiries, and keep potential jobs organized for follow-up.
Built for plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, and other trades businesses that are busy doing the work — and don't always have time to answer every new inquiry.
You don't need another complicated software platform. You need a simple way to make sure interested customers don't disappear while you're busy.
The Problem
You're on a job.
Your phone rings.
Someone fills out your website form.
Someone sends a message asking if you service their area.
You tell yourself you'll get back to them when you're finished.
Then the day gets away from you.
And that potential customer contacts someone else.
That's the gap I help fix.
The Idea
Your system doesn't need to run your entire business.
It simply needs to help with the moment between "I'm interested" and "I'll get back to you."
It can answer routine questions, capture interested customers, and organize their information so you know who reached out and what they need.
Then you step in.
How It Works
01 — Answer
Your website can answer the questions customers ask all the time — your services, service area, general pricing information, availability, and more.
The assistant uses information you provide so customers can get basic answers even when you're on a job or outside normal business hours.
If someone needs a quote, wants to book, or needs human help, the system can capture their information for follow-up.
Answer the repetitive questions without answering the same message over and over.
02 — Capture & Organize
When someone expresses interest, their information is captured and organized in one simple place.
No digging through DMs, emails, forms, and random notes trying to remember who said what.
You're Still In Control
The system can answer routine questions and collect basic information.
You still decide what happens next.
When someone needs a quote, has a complicated question, or is ready to book, the inquiry is captured so you can step in.
Just a better first step when you're busy.
The Full Flow
You step in when it actually matters.
Your Inquiry Dashboard
A simple place to see who reached out, what they need, and what happens next.
Live Demo
See what a customer experiences when they reach out.
This is a demonstration FAQ and inquiry assistant built for a fictional plumbing business.
Try asking:
"Do you offer emergency plumbing services?"
"How much does it cost to fix a leaky faucet?"
"Do you service my area?"
Reliable Flow Plumbing — Demo
Answers questions about plumbing services, pricing, and availability. When someone needs a callback, it captures their name, phone, and issue — and they show up in the dashboard.

About
"The goal isn't to replace the personal service that makes your business great. It's to help you maintain that level of service even when you're busy doing the work."
I've spent much of my career working in banking, customer service, operations, and small-business environments — helping businesses handle customers, information, processes, and the everyday things that keep work moving.
I've always taken pride in customer service. When someone reaches out to a business, that interaction is often their first impression. It shouldn't matter whether you're sitting at your desk with nothing going on or you're three jobs deep, dealing with an emergency and trying to keep the day moving. That customer should still feel like their inquiry matters.
That's what led me to the systems side of things.
I build simple systems that help businesses answer common questions, capture the information that matters, and keep new inquiries organized so they don't get lost when things get busy.
FAQ
Will this replace my phone or my personal customer service?
No. The goal is to handle the first step when you're unavailable and make it easier for you to follow up when human interaction is needed.
Does it book jobs automatically?
The standard system is designed to answer questions, capture inquiries, and organize them for follow-up. Booking functionality can be discussed separately if needed.
Can I control what it says?
Yes. The assistant is customized around the information you provide about your business, services, policies, and common customer questions.
What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
The system should avoid guessing and can direct the customer toward human follow-up when a question requires your attention.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. I handle the setup and customization. You provide the business information and review the final system.
Will this work with my existing website?
That depends on your website platform and setup. We'll determine the best way to add the system during the initial conversation.
You don't need another complicated system. Let's look at how you're currently handling new inquiries and whether a simple lead system could help you respond, capture, and follow up more consistently.
No pitch deck. No pressure. Just a conversation about your business.
